Above and beyond. This team came in on very short notice to fix a gas leak near our home. They were efficient, communicated well, polite, and very easy to work with. They're now our “go to” plumbers. Very satisfied.

Atlantis Plumbing Company has service my family for over 7 years. Recently, we had a major concern regarding the noise coming from within the walls when the water was turned on, water heater, etc.. We spoke with Mr. John Austin regarding our concerns. He patiently listened, remained customer focused, showed a sense of urgency, then dispatched a technician to access the situation. Once my husband & I understood the issues & agreed to the reasonable cost, Tony Strickland (the technician) came out to resolve the issues. He arrived at our home on time, remained professional, explained/showed us the problems and resolved them!!! Yet again, Atlantis Plumbing put our worries to rest by providing quick & excellent service!! Thank you guys for continuing to provide service from a company we can trust.

Honest and fair!!!

I really appreciate these folks. They do excellent work every time I need them, and recently I called them for a pump that I thought had failed. It actually just had a clog that they shook loose, and because it was a quick fix, they didn't charge me at all.

I called Atlantis plumbing due to a sewer backup into my basement tub. Atlantis was able to schedule a visit the same day. Brandon and Trey came out about 2 hours after I called for service. They cleared the clog from the basement to the outside and also snaked the main drain line on the outside. They returned the next day to hydro-jet the main drain line. Brandon and Trey were very courteous and diligent. I hope to avoid further plumbing issues, but if needed I wouldn't hesitate to call Atlantis again. Thank you for your quick response.

Jackie arrived promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue with our tankless water heater. Got the manufacturer online and fixed it. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Hope I don’t need the again soon but Atlantis is my choice.

I had a great experience with Atlantis. They quickly responded to my inquiry and got a time scheduled. The technician who worked on our leaking shower head was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained it clearly, and was able to secure the correct part and get it fixed in just a matter of hours. Prompt and professional from beginning to end. Bryan came out the morning after I called about a leak in my main supply line in the yard. Jamaka and Justin were courteous and professional. It was raining when they arrived the following day, so they shared their concern about the equipment destroying my sod. We postponed for a day, and they completed the work with minimal grass damage. A+ grade for those guys.

After two weeks and visits from three different plumbing companies, we were still dealing with a serious sewer line blockage that no one had been able to resolve due to the 100+ foot line and steep uphill grade. Then Sandy Hoskins with Atlantis Plumbing came out. Sandy took the time to explain the problem, walk us through our options, answer every question we had, and make the necessary repairs. Most importantly, he got our sewer service back up and running. Sandy was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Great overall experience

Had an issue that was initially thought to be a slab leak but was actually a leak in the wall. Tim and Will were both very professional and knowledgeable. Once the Leak was found Tim jumped right into action to figure out the repair.
